1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Zero Tolerance Policy

Wenttt is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have an absolute zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, or any content, behaviour, or activity that endangers, exploits, or harms children in any way.

Wenttt is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the Platform in any capacity. By creating an account, users confirm that they meet this age requirement.

2. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Conduct

The following content, behaviour, and activities are strictly and absolutely prohibited on Wenttt. There are no exceptions.

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Child sexual exploitation in any form
  • Grooming or attempting to groom minors
  • Solicitation of minors for any purpose
  • Sexualisation of minors in any context
  • Human trafficking involving minors
  • Requesting, sharing, linking to, or distributing CSAM
  • Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the exploitation or abuse of children
  • Any attempt to contact, recruit, or isolate minors through the Platform
  • Any behaviour intended to circumvent age verification or safety measures

Any account found to be engaging in any of the above activities will be permanently terminated without warning. Illegal content will be preserved and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

3. Age Requirement and Verification

Wenttt requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is enforced at account creation. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately and permanently terminate their account and delete all associated data.

If you believe a minor has created an account on Wenttt, please report this immediately to [email protected].

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

We provide mechanisms for users to report any content or behaviour they believe violates our Child Safety Standards. Users can report the following directly through the Wenttt application:

  • User profiles
  • Events and event listings
  • Chat messages
  • Images and uploaded media
  • Any other content that raises a child safety concern

All reports are reviewed by our team. Reports involving child safety are treated as the highest priority. You may also report child safety concerns directly to us by email at [email protected].

Reports are handled confidentially. We do not disclose the identity of those who submit reports except where required by law.

5. Enforcement and Moderation

Wenttt takes enforcement of its Child Safety Standards seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Immediately remove the offending content or event
  • Restrict or suspend the user's account features
  • Permanently terminate the account
  • Permanently ban the user from the Platform
  • Preserve evidence of illegal activity for law enforcement purposes
  • Report confirmed illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law

Accounts found to have violated our Child Safety Standards will not be eligible for reinstatement. Repeat offenders and individuals engaging in child exploitation will be permanently banned from the Platform.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Wenttt cooperates fully with authorised law enforcement agencies in connection with investigations involving confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child exploitation, in accordance with applicable laws. Where legally required, we will preserve, retain, and disclose relevant information to assist such investigations.

7. Confidentiality of Reports

All child safety reports are handled with strict confidentiality. Information submitted as part of a safety report may be retained and used in moderation decisions or disclosed to law enforcement where legally required or necessary to protect users from serious harm. We do not share reporter identities without their consent, except where required by law.

8. Community Standards for Child Safety

In addition to the prohibitions listed above, all Wenttt users are expected to:

  • Immediately report any content or behaviour that may involve a minor or constitute child exploitation
  • Not create events, groups, or communications that could be used to target, contact, or exploit minors
  • Not share any content that could be used for grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
  • Not attempt to circumvent the Platform's age requirements or safety measures

Failure to comply with these community standards may result in immediate account termination.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform functionality, or industry best practices. Material changes will be communicated through the app. The date at the top of this page reflects when this policy was last updated.
