These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wenttt mobile application and website (the "Platform"), operated by Wenttt ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Wenttt. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Wenttt is currently available to users with Indian mobile numbers (+91) only.
2. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account on Wenttt, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account and take responsibility for all activity that occurs under it
- Not share your account with any other person
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
3. Event Hosting
If you host events on Wenttt, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your event, including date, time, location, and capacity
- Only host events that you are genuinely planning to organise and attend
- Review join requests fairly and without discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Communicate clearly with approved attendees through the event group chat
- Honour approved join requests and not cancel events without reasonable notice
- Ensure the event environment is safe, respectful, and welcoming for all attendees
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to hosting gatherings
We reserve the right to remove events or suspend host accounts that violate these responsibilities.
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish on the Platform, including any changes to event details, postponements, or cancellations. It is the host's responsibility to communicate any such changes to approved attendees in a timely manner. Wenttt provides the Platform solely as a tool for discovery and communication and is not responsible for organising, managing, or supervising any event hosted by users.
If you join events on Wenttt, you agree to:
- Attend events you have been approved for, or notify the host in advance if you cannot attend
- Behave respectfully toward hosts and other attendees at all times
- Follow any reasonable rules or guidelines set by the host for the event
- Not attend events if your join request has not been approved by the host
- Provide honest and fair ratings and reviews after attending events
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Wenttt, including event descriptions, photos, and chat messages. By submitting content, you grant Wenttt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to use all content you submit
- Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Wenttt to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Discriminate against users based on caste, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
- Share illegal content, including content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users without their consent
- Use the Platform to solicit money, donations, or commercial transactions outside of the Platform's intended use
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
- Use Wenttt for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
7. Ratings and Reputation
Wenttt's rating system is designed to build trust within our community. You agree to:
- Provide honest and fair ratings based on your genuine experience
- Not manipulate ratings by creating fake accounts or coordinating artificial reviews
- Not threaten or pressure other users to leave positive ratings
We reserve the right to remove ratings that we determine to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
- Violate any of these Terms
- Engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, the community, or the Platform
- Provide false information during registration or in event listings
- Receive repeated poor ratings or complaints from other users

8a. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account directly from within the Wenttt application. Account deletion is not immediate. Upon requesting deletion, your account will enter a recovery period of 30 days during which you may choose to restore your account and resume normal use of the Platform.
If you do not restore your account before the recovery period expires, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Once permanently deleted, your account cannot be recovered. We strongly encourage you to consider this before initiating a deletion request.
8b. Event Lifecycle
Events on Wenttt are subject to an automatic lifecycle. Once an event has taken place, it will be marked as completed and its group chat will be closed. Completed events may remain accessible for a limited period, for example within saved events or request history. Events that have been completed for a sufficient period are eventually removed from the Platform as part of routine maintenance. Wenttt does not guarantee the ongoing availability of past event information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wenttt is a platform that connects users for real-world events and experiences. We do not organise, endorse, or take responsibility for any event hosted by users on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wenttt shall not be liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance at or hosting of any event
- The conduct of any user before, during, or after an event
- Any inaccuracies in event information provided by hosts
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
You use the Platform and attend or host events at your own risk. We strongly encourage users to exercise reasonable caution when interacting with people they have not previously met.
10. Safety
Your safety is important to us. We encourage all users to:
- Review host or attendee profiles and ratings before committing to an event
- Meet for the first time in public locations
- Inform a trusted contact of your plans when attending events with people you do not know
- Report any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour through the app or at [email protected]
11. Intellectual Property
The Wenttt name, logo, design, and all proprietary technology underlying the Platform are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our express written permission.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of Wenttt after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
